All prices include VAT. All efforts are made to keep our prices competitive at all times. Should you find the same product at a lower cost elsewhere, then we will try to match it, e-mail us with lower price details and we will see what we can do
You can order all of our products online, by using the PayPal carts, please ensure you fill in all of your details correctly. If PayPal is offline, then you can send a cheque for the full amount (please include £3-50 for postage and packaging) to our address provided on the home page. We accept payment in GB pounds and if you wish to make a payment in any other currency, then you must contact us prior to confirming your order on 01489 564974. If you do not wish to use PayPal online, then we accept phone or e-mail orders.
All orders will be sent first class recorded delivery and must be signed for by either yourself or a person you trust. Non arrival of goods must be notified to us within 14 days.
PayPal is a totally safe and secure method of online payment. Hamble Danglers can assure you that at no time will any of your personal details (in any form) be passed onto any third party for any reason.
All orders are processed the same day, if received prior to 3pm. Orders received after this time will be processed the next working day. We carry all items in stock, however occasionally there will be periods, where we are awaiting delivery from our suppliers. If this should occur, we will send the items onto you, as soon as humanly possible, without any extra cost to you.
P&P is charged at the following rates for all orders to all UK
addresses, with the exception of the Scottish Isles, Channel Islands and Isle
Of Man:
Orders up to £1.49: £1 P&P, Orders from £1.50 to £4.99: £1.50
P&P, Orders from £5.00 to £49.99: £3.50
P&P, Orders
of £50.00 & over: £5.00 P&P
P&P for Europe and other locations will be higher and will be charged at the current rate of first class recorded parcel to your location. Please phone for details.
All parcels will be insured against damage or loss in post. In the event of any items arriving damaged or you are disappointed that the goods are not what was advertised, then please return the goods, together with a covering letter to our address and we will fully investigate the matter. A full refund and return postage will be returned to you if it is found that either the carrier or ourselves was at fault.
